# Enfue in five minutes

> How Enfue is organized: jobs, applicants, stages, and the people on your team, and how they fit together.

New to Enfue? Here's how everything fits together, in five minutes.

## The building blocks

| | What it is |
| - | - |
| **Company** | Your workspace in Enfue. It has a public [career page](https://doc.enfue.com/workplace/career-page.md), your team, and your settings. See [Sign up](https://doc.enfue.com/get-started/sign-up.md). |
| **Job** | A role you're hiring for, either public (on your career page) or internal. See [Jobs](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/jobs/overview.md). |
| **Applicant** | A person who applied for a job or whom your team added. Each applicant has one [profile](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/applicant-profile.md) with their CV, AI match score, evaluations, emails, and history. |
| **Stage** | A step in your hiring process. Every company has exactly five, such as **Applied** and **Hired**, which you can rename. See [Applicant stages](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/applications/applicant-stages.md). |
| **Evaluation** | An interviewer's ratings, recommendation, and note about an applicant. See [Evaluations](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/evaluations.md). |
| **Talent pool** | A group of promising people you keep for future roles, across all your jobs. See [Talent Pools](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/talent-pools.md). |

## The people on your team

* **Super Admins** control everything, including settings and billing.
* **Admins** run hiring day to day: jobs, applicants, interviews, and reports, for all jobs or only some.
* **Interviewers** interview and evaluate candidates. They don't need an admin seat.

See [Admins](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/users/admins.md) and [Interviewers](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/users/interviewers.md).

## How applicants flow through Enfue

**1. They arrive**

From your career page, LinkedIn, job boards, email, your website, imports, or Enfue's talent partners. Each gets an AI match score.

**2. You review them**

In [Tasks](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/tasks.md) and [Applicants](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/overview.md), sorted by match score.

**3. They move through your stages**

On the [Pipeline](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/pipeline.md), with interviews and evaluations along the way.

**4. You hire, or keep them for later**

Hired applicants appear on the [Hired](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/hired.md) page. Others are disqualified with a reason, or added to a talent pool.

## Where to find things

The left menu in Enfue follows the same order as these docs' [Guides](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/home.md): your day (Home, Tasks, Calendar), jobs, sourcing, applicants, the hiring process, communication, and insights.

## Where AI helps

Enfue's AI works alongside your team at every step:

* **Create JD for me** drafts a job description for you. See [Create and edit a job](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/jobs/create-a-job.md).
* **AI Review** scores every applicant out of 100 against the job. See [Understand the AI match score](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/ai-review.md).
* **Fil**, your AI assistant, finds people in your talent pools who fit a new role. See [Talent Discovery](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/jobs/talent-discovery.md).
* **AI interviews** ask your questions and score the answers. See [AI interview questions](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/applications/ai-interview-questions.md).
