# Applicants overview

> See every applicant across all your jobs in one table, then search, filter, and customize the columns you need.

The **Applicants** page shows every applicant across all your jobs in one table. Open it from **Hiring → Applicants** in the main menu.

Use it when you want to work across jobs, for example to see everyone who applied this week, or every candidate assigned to you. To work on the applicants for a single job, open that job's [Applicants tab](/hiring/jobs/job-applicants) instead.

## Stage overview

A row of boxes across the top shows each hiring stage, such as **Applied**, **Matching Interview**, **Ability Interview**, **Offering**, and **Hired**, with the number of applicants currently in it. Click a box to show only the applicants in that stage. Click it again to clear the selection.

## Search and filter

| Control | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Search** | Find an applicant by name. |
| **Jobs** | Tick one or more jobs to see only their applicants. |
| **Stages** | Tick one or more stages. |
| **Assignees** | Tick one or more team members to see the applicants assigned to them. |
| **Filters** | Open the filter panel for more options (see below). |
| **Clear all** | Remove every filter. |

The number next to a button shows how many options are selected in it. The count on the right, for example **20/358 applicants**, shows how many applicants match your filters out of the total.

### The filter panel

Click **Filters** to open the panel on the right. You can combine any of these:

* **Active applicants**: applicants still in your hiring process. This is turned on by default.
* **Inactive applicants**: applicants who have been disqualified.
* **Flagged applicants**: applicants your team has flagged.
* **Applicants with evaluations**: applicants who have at least one evaluation from your team.
* **Updates**: filter by when the applicant was last updated.
* **Tags**: filter by the labels you've added to applicants.
* **Source**: filter by where the applicant came from, such as **Approaching**, **CareerPage**, **Event**, **Facebook**, **ITViec**, **JobSite**, or **LinkedIn**.

<Tip>
To see everyone who has ever applied, including disqualified applicants, tick both **Active applicants** and **Inactive applicants**.
</Tip>

## The applicant table

By default, the table shows these columns:

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Name** | The applicant's name and photo. Click it to open their profile. |
| **Job** | The job they applied for. A dash means they aren't linked to a job yet. |
| **Action** | Six quick actions, from left to right: **Preview** the applicant in a side panel, open their **full profile**, **schedule an interview**, **evaluate** them, **request an evaluation** from an interviewer or hiring manager, and **email** them. See [The applicant profile](/hiring/applicants/applicant-profile). These work the same way as the [quick actions on the Pipeline board](/hiring/pipeline#quick-actions-on-a-card). |
| **Source** | Where the applicant came from, shown as an icon, such as Facebook or LinkedIn. |
| **Stage** | The applicant's current stage. |
| **Created** | When the applicant was added. |
| **Match score** | Enfue's AI score for how well the applicant fits the job, out of 100. Learn more in [Job applicants](/hiring/jobs/job-applicants#match-score). |
| **Updated** | When the applicant's record last changed. |
| **Assignee** | The team member responsible for this applicant. |
| **Evaluations** | The number of negative (thumbs down) and positive (thumbs up) evaluations. |
| **Status** | Whether the applicant is **Active**. |
| **Title** | The applicant's current or most recent job title. |
| **High priority** | **Yes** if the applicant is flagged as high priority. |
| **Salary**, **Birthdate**, **Email**, **Phone**, **Social**, **Portfolio** | Contact and personal details, when available. |

Click any column header to sort by that column.
