# Import applicants into a job

> Bulk import applicants into a job from resume PDFs, a candidate spreadsheet, or a ZIP of CVs and evaluations.

Use the **Data Migration** tab to add many applicants to a job at once, for example when you move to Enfue from another system or receive a batch of CVs from a recruitment agency.

## Choose what to import

Open a job from **Hiring → Jobs**, click the **Data Migration** tab, and pick one of three import types:

| Import type | File format | Use it when |
| - | - | - |
| **Resume PDFs** | `.pdf` or `.zip` | You have CVs as PDF files. Upload them one by one, or bundle them in a ZIP file. |
| **Candidate Spreadsheet** | `.csv`, `.xls`, or `.xlsx` | You have a list of candidates in Excel or another spreadsheet. |
| **CVs & Evaluations** | `.zip` | You are moving from another system and want to bring both the CVs and your team's evaluations. |

## Upload your files

    Drag and drop your files into the upload area, or click **browse** to choose them from your computer.

    Your files appear in the panel on the right. Use the **All**, **PDF**, and **ZIP** tabs to filter them, and the search box to find a specific file.

  <Step title="Upload">
    Click **Upload**. Enfue reads each file and adds the candidates to the job's [Applicants](/hiring/jobs/job-applicants) tab.
  </Step>

<Tip>
  After a large import, check the [Duplicates](/hiring/jobs/duplicates) tab. Candidates who were already in the job will appear there.
