# TalentSpike

> Browse qualified candidates provided by Enfue for your job and acquire the ones you want as your own applicants.

**TalentSpike** brings you qualified candidates you haven't met yet. The Enfue team provides a shortlist of candidates who fit your job. You can review them, and when you find someone you like, **acquire** them to add them to your own applicants.

Use TalentSpike when your own channels aren't bringing in enough strong applicants, or when you need to fill a role quickly.

## Review TalentSpike candidates

1. Open the job from **Hiring → Jobs**.
2. Click the **TalentSpike** tab.
3. Review the candidates Enfue has provided for this job.

## Acquire a candidate

When you acquire a candidate, they become one of your applicants for this job. They then appear in the job's [Applicants](/hiring/jobs/job-applicants) tab and on your [Pipeline](/hiring/pipeline), where you can work with them like any other applicant.

  TalentSpike candidates come from Enfue. Candidates you already have are found with [Talent Discovery](/hiring/jobs/talent-discovery), which searches your own talent pools.
