# Pipeline

> See every job's applicants on one board, grouped by job and stage, and take quick actions on any applicant card.

The **Pipeline** page shows your applicants as cards on a board. Each column is a hiring stage, and each row is a job. It's the fastest way to see where every candidate stands across all your open jobs. Open it from **Hiring → Pipeline** in the main menu.

## How the board is laid out

* **Columns** are your hiring stages, such as **Applied**, **Matching Interview**, **Ability Interview**, **Offering**, and **Hired**. The number at the top of each column is the total number of applicants in that stage across all jobs shown.
* **Rows** are your jobs. Each row header shows the job title, location, visibility badge (for example **Public**), and how many applicants it has. Click the arrow at the start of a row to collapse or expand it.

The count at the top right, for example **91/104 applicants**, shows how many applicants match your filters out of the total.

<Note>
  The stages come from your workspace settings. To rename, add, or reorder them, see [Applicant Stages](/settings/applications/applicant-stages).
</Note>

## Reading an applicant card

Each card shows:

* The applicant's **name and photo**.
* Their **match score** as a percentage in the top-right corner. See [Match score](/hiring/jobs/job-applicants#match-score).
* **When they were last updated**, for example **2d** (2 days ago) or **1w** (1 week ago).
* A red **double arrow** if they are marked as **high priority**.
* The **date of their next interview**, for example **Oct 13**, if one is scheduled.
* Their **evaluations**: the number of negative (thumbs down) and positive (thumbs up) evaluations, once they have any.
* Their **assignee's** photo in the bottom-right corner.

Click a card to open the applicant's profile.

## Move an applicant to another stage

Drag the applicant's card and drop it in another column. You can move applicants forward to the next stage or back to a previous one. The stage counts at the top of the board update straight away.

<Tip>
  You can also move an applicant from their profile with **Next stage**. See [The applicant profile](/hiring/applicants/applicant-profile#actions).
</Tip>

## Quick actions on a card

Hover over a card to show a row of action buttons underneath it.
