# Logs

> A complete log of everything your team does with applicants in Enfue: who did what, to which applicant, and when.

**Logs** is your workspace's activity log. Every action your team takes on an applicant, such as adding them, evaluating them, leaving a comment, or disqualifying them, is recorded here with who did it and when. Nothing needs to be logged by hand.

Open **Logs** from the main menu. The page opens as a **Timeline**.

  Logs currently record activity on applicants. Logging for other changes, such as creating jobs and changing settings, is planned for a future version.

## Read the timeline

The timeline runs from newest to oldest, down the page. Each day starts with its date, for example **09-Oct-2026**, and the entries for that day follow, alternating left and right of the line.

Each entry shows:

* **What it's about** at the top, for example **Candidate** for activity on an applicant, with the date.
* **Who did what, to whom**, for example **Han Ho has disqualified Hoang Pham.** Click the applicant's name to open their profile.
* **The time** it happened.

## What gets logged

Some of the actions you'll see:

| Entry | What happened |
| - | - |
| **Han Ho performed AddApplicant on Dung Ho.** | A team member added an applicant. |
| **Han Ho has added an evaluation for Hoang Pham.** | A team member submitted an [evaluation](/hiring/evaluations). |
| **Han Ho has added a comment for Hoang Pham.** | A team member left an internal comment. |
| **Trang Huynh has disqualified Duong Thi Ngoc Han.** | A team member disqualified an applicant. |

## When to use the Timeline

* **Find out what happened.** If an applicant was disqualified or moved and you don't know why, the Timeline shows who did it and when. Then check their comments or evaluation for the reason.
* **Follow a candidate's story.** Read the entries for one applicant in order to see how they moved through your process.
* **See your team's activity.** Get a quick sense of what everyone has been working on today. For numbers per team member, see **Team Performance** in [Reports](/hiring/reports#team-performance-for-team-leaders).

  To see the history of one applicant only, open their profile and check the **Logs** tab. See [The applicant profile](/hiring/applicants/applicant-profile#profile-details).
