# ElevenLabs

> How Enfue uses ElevenLabs voice AI to run online AI interviews.

Enfue uses **ElevenLabs**, a voice AI service, to run online AI interviews. It gives the AI interviewer a natural-sounding voice, so candidates can have a spoken conversation instead of filling in a form. There's nothing to set up: it's built into Enfue's AI interviews.

## How it's used

* **The AI interviewer speaks** your interview questions to the candidate.
* **Candidates answer out loud**, and the AI can ask follow-up questions based on what they say.
* Enfue's AI then scores the answers against your criteria, so you can review the results.
