# Applicants on mobile

> Browse, filter, and add applicants from your phone.

Tap **Applicants** in the menu at the bottom of the screen to browse applicants as cards.

## What each card shows

* The applicant's name and current stage.
* **Applied for**: the job they applied for.
* Their **match score** in a circle, out of 100. See [AI Review](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/applicant-profile.md#ai-review).
* How long ago they applied, and their source, such as **LinkedIn** or **Facebook**.

Tap a card to open the applicant.

## Find applicants

* **Swipe the row of stages** at the top, such as **Applied** and **Matching Interview**, and tap one to see only the applicants in it.
* Use **Search** to find someone by name.
* Tap the **filter** button to narrow the list. The number on it shows how many filters are on.

## Add an applicant

Tap the **+** button at the bottom right. See [Adding applicants](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/add-applicants.md).
