# Messenger on mobile

> Chat with candidates from your phone.

Tap **Messenger** in the menu at the bottom of the screen, or the **chat** icon at the top.

You'll see your chats with candidates, each with the latest message and when it was sent.

* Tap a chat to open it and reply.
* Tap the **compose** icon to start a new chat.

You can only chat with candidates who have an Enfue account. For everyone else, use the [Inbox](https://doc.enfue.com/mobile/inbox.md). See [Messenger](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/messenger.md).

> A quick message is a good nudge after an important email, for example to let a candidate know their offer is waiting.
