# Step 6: HRIS

> Track your new hires and team members once they've joined.

Hiring doesn't stop at the offer. Enfue's HRIS helps you keep track of the people you've hired and look after your team once they've joined.

## What to do

**1. See your hires**

Open the **Hired** page to see everyone you've hired, their start date, and their onboarding state, with reports on time to hire and hiring sources. See [Hired](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/hired.md).

**2. Keep your people records up to date**

Use HRIS as your team's database: track hired team members and their work anniversaries, and update many records at once with bulk editing.
