# Step 3: Job posting

> Create your first job and get it in front of candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and your website.

Now create a job and share it everywhere your candidates look. Applications from every channel land in Enfue automatically.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Time needed:** about 20 minutes per job. **Who:** recruiters and hiring managers.

## What to do

**1. Create a job post**

Go to **Hiring → Jobs** and click **Create job**. Enter the title, location, employment type, and salary, then click **Create JD for me** to let AI draft the description. See [Create and edit a job](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/jobs/create-a-job.md).

**2. Publish it on your career page**

Choose **Publish on Career site** so candidates can find and apply for the job.

**3. Link it to LinkedIn Jobs**

Use the job's Enfue application link in your LinkedIn job post, so LinkedIn applicants land in Enfue. See [LinkedIn](https://doc.enfue.com/integrations/linkedin.md).

**4. Connect other job boards**

Add the job's email address to VietnamWorks and other boards. For **ITviec** and **TopCV**, enter your account login for each in **Settings → Applicant Source Management** instead, or their applicants won't reach Enfue. See [Job platforms](https://doc.enfue.com/integrations/job-platforms.md).

**5. Add the job form to your website**

Copy the job's embedded form onto your own site, such as WordPress or Wix. See [Embed the job form on your website](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/jobs/job-integrations.md#embed-the-job-form-on-your-website).

## You're done when

* Your first job is published on your career page.
* It's linked to LinkedIn Jobs and at least one other job board or your website.
