# Step 5: Processing

> Move applicants through your hiring process: the Kanban board, evaluations, appointments, emails, and notes.

This is where hiring happens day to day. Learn the five tools your team uses to move applicants from first look to offer.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Time needed:** about 45 minutes to try each tool once. **Who:** everyone on your hiring team.

## What to do

**1. Use the Kanban board**

See every applicant in a column for their stage, and drag them forward as they progress. See [Pipeline](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/pipeline.md).

**2. Add and request evaluations**

Evaluate applicants yourself, and ask interviewers for their ratings and recommendation by email or with a link you share in Zalo, Slack, or Teams. See [Evaluations](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/evaluations.md).

**3. Set up and manage appointments**

Schedule interviews, book rooms or video calls, and see everything in the calendar. See [Interviews](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/interviews.md) and [Calendar](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/calendar.md).

**4. Send and track emails with applicants**

Email applicants from your team's shared Inbox, using templates for the messages you send most. See [Inbox](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/inbox.md) and [Email templates](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/applications/email-templates.md).

**5. Use Notes**

Write meeting minutes and interview debriefs together, in real time. See [Notes](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/notes.md).

## You're done when

* You've moved an applicant on the Kanban board and scheduled an interview.
* You've requested an evaluation and sent an email from the Inbox.
