# Step 1: Reporting

> Get to know the reports Enfue builds for you, so you can track your hiring from day one.

Start with the numbers. Enfue builds your hiring reports automatically, so as soon as applicants arrive, you can see how hiring is going.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Time needed:** about 10 minutes. **Who:** anyone who reports on hiring, such as HR managers and team leaders.

## What to do

**1. Open Reports**

Open **Reports** from the main menu and look at **Hiring Health at a Glance**: new applicants, interviews, actions, and hires in the last 7 days. See [Reports](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/reports.md).

**2. Choose a period and jobs**

Pick the dates you want to report on, and filter by job if you only need some of them.

**3. Find the section for your role**

**Pipeline Detail** is for hiring managers, **Recruiter Activity** for recruiters, and **Team Performance** for team leaders.

**4. Download or share a report**

Click **Share Report** to create a PDF link, or use the arrow next to it to **Download PDF** or **Export CSV**.

## You're done when

* You know where to find **Reports** and which section is yours.
* You've downloaded or shared your first report.
