# Step 4: Sourcing

> Bring in the candidates you already have, add new ones in different ways, and organize them into talent pools.

You probably already have candidates in spreadsheets, inboxes, or another system. Bring them into Enfue so everything is in one place, then organize them for future roles.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Time needed:** 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on how much data you're moving. **Who:** recruiters, or whoever manages your candidate data.

## What to do

**1. Add applicants in different ways**

Add candidates one at a time: manually, from a PDF CV, from a LinkedIn profile, or with the Chrome extension. See [Adding applicants](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/add-applicants.md) and [Chrome extension](https://doc.enfue.com/integrations/chrome-extension.md).

**2. Migrate your existing data**

Import resume PDFs, a candidate spreadsheet, or a ZIP of CVs and evaluations from your old system. See [Data migration](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/general/data-migration.md).

**3. Take bulk actions on many applicants**

Select several applicants to change their stage, email them, or add them to a talent pool at once. See [Bulk actions](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/bulk-actions.md).

**4. Create and edit talent pools**

Group promising people, such as runners-up or graduates from a campus event, so you can come back to them later. See [Talent Pools](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/talent-pools.md).

## You're done when

* Your existing candidates are in Enfue.
* You've created at least one talent pool.

> [!TIP]
>
> After a big import, check each job's [Duplicates](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/jobs/duplicates.md) tab for people who were already in Enfue, and use [tags](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/tags.md) to label candidates for quick filtering.
