# Applicant source management

> Manage the list of sources your team can record for applicants, and add new ones such as Indeed or VietnamWorks.

Every applicant has a **source**: the channel they came from. **Applicant Source Management** is where you manage the list of sources your team can choose from. For what each built-in source means, see [Applicant sources](/integrations/applicant-sources).

Open **Settings → Applicant Source Management**.

## Your sources

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Name** | The source, with its icon, for example **LinkedIn** or **ITViec**. |
| **Status** | **Enabled** if your team can use it. |
| **Credential** | For job boards that connect to Enfue with your account: **Connected** once it's set up, or **Required** if it still needs your account details. A dash means no connection is needed. |
| **Created Date** | When the source was added. |
| **Action** | Click the pencil to edit the source, or the bin to delete it. |

Use **All Status** and **All Credential** to filter the list.

## Add a source

1. Click **Add Source**.
2. Pick one of the **Predefined Sources**, such as **Indeed**, **Glassdoor**, **Career Viet**, **VietnamWorks**, **JobStreet**, **YBOX**, or **Glints**. Or type your own under **Name**, for example a university or a recruitment agency.
3. Set the **Status** to **Active**.
4. Click **Upload Icon** to add an icon (optional).
5. Click **Add**.

  Add a source for every channel you really use, and nothing more. A short, accurate list makes the source charts in [Reports](/hiring/reports) and on the [Hired](/hiring/hired) page far more useful.
