# Interviewers

> Keep a list of the people who interview and evaluate your candidates, so you can add them to interviews and evaluation requests in a click.

**Interviewers** is your list of the people who interview and evaluate candidates, such as engineers, team leads, and hiring managers. Once someone is on the list, you can pick them when you [schedule an interview](/hiring/interviews#schedule-an-interview) or [request an evaluation](/hiring/evaluations#request-an-evaluation).

Open **Settings → Interviewers**.

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Name** | The interviewer's name. |
| **Email** | Where interview invitations and evaluation requests are sent. |
| **Description** | A short note about them, for example **Manual & Automation Tester** or **Ability Interviewer for Software engineer intern**. |
| **Action** | Click the pencil to edit them, or the bin to remove them. |

## Add an interviewer

Click **New interviewer**, enter their name and email address, add a description, and save.

<Tip>
  Use the **Description** to say what each person interviews for, such as **QC** or **UX/UI Designer**. When you book an interview, it's then easy to pick the right person.
</Tip>

<Tip>
  You can add a shared team address too, such as **HR Team** at `work@techsoft.one`, to copy your whole HR team in on interview invitations.
</Tip>
