Quizzes and company sign-up

* An updated sign-up for company admins.
* An improved LinkedIn profile field, and updated Terms and Privacy pages.
* Fixed the calendar day view showing the wrong day.

Calendar and events

* Emails include the event date and time.
* Easier company creation, and job activities are sorted by date.
* Fixed the **Message** and **Follow** buttons on company links.
