Features and fixes

* Fixed profile pictures not showing in notifications.
* More filters for each job's [applicant list](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/jobs/job-applicants.md).
* Bulk emails now skip applicants without an email address.

New changes

* New standalone application form.
