**Jul 26, 2026**

A more powerful editor and evaluation form

* **Editor upgrades:** undo and redo, multi-column layouts, toggle blocks, a color palette, and a toolbar that adapts to your screen.
* **Insert parameters into emails** with a new button, and a refreshed email templates screen. See [Email templates](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/applications/email-templates.md).
* **Improved evaluation form:** scores are optional, you move to the next applicant automatically, and **Previous** and **Next** let you step through applicants. See [Evaluations](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/evaluations.md).
* More options when requesting evaluations for several applicants at once.
* The **Apply** button on job pages is back.
* More reliable [Messenger](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/messenger.md), and fixes to the sidebar and applicant navigation.

New rich text editor and job lateness report

* **A new rich text editor** across Enfue, with better links, lists, code blocks, tables, and media.
* **Job lateness report** in [Reports](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/reports.md#open-job-lateness), and the job table can now be sorted.
* [Talent pools](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/talent-pools.md) can be sorted and show custom fields.
* New colors for the match score.
* Improved [custom evaluation fields](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/applications/custom-fields-for-evaluation.md).
* A rebalanced [Interviews](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/interviews.md) layout.
* Tables remember your settings and default filters.
* Notifications now cover applicants added without a job.
* Fixed sending emails, and note previews now match the editor.

Match scores everywhere and team performance
