**Sep 27, 2026**

Job seekers, bulk email, and evaluation options

* **New job seeker view**, so candidates can browse and apply for opportunities.
* Candidates can apply for opportunities while getting started on Enfue.
* **Bulk email:** send one email to many applicants at once from a new panel, with attachments. See [Bulk actions](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/bulk-actions.md).
* **Evaluation decision options:** rename the decision buttons and add a **Neutral** option. See [Custom fields for evaluation](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/applications/custom-fields-for-evaluation.md#settings).
* When importing a candidate spreadsheet, you can invite candidates to join Enfue by email. See [Data migration](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/general/data-migration.md).
* AI-generated job description sections now merge into a single description, with no length limits when you edit them. See [Create and edit a job](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/jobs/create-a-job.md).
* Improved the job details panel and the applicant panel.

* Fixed talent pools not refreshing, and long custom evaluation fields overflowing the page.

Evaluation attachments and a smoother Inbox

* **Interviewers can attach files to evaluations**, and you can preview them on the applicant's evaluations. See [Evaluations](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/evaluations.md).
* **Append previous email** in the Inbox quotes the earlier message in your reply, and long threads take up less space. See [Inbox](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/inbox.md#reply-to-an-applicant).
* The email editor grows as you type.
* Chat with an applicant directly from their panel, and open applicant details in full view.
* New **APPLICANT FIRSTNAME** parameter for email templates. See [Email templates](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/applications/email-templates.md#parameters).
* Disqualifying several applicants at once now opens in a side panel.
* A refreshed stage header on the [Pipeline](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/pipeline.md).
* New onboarding for job seekers, with job search.
* Sign-in and sign-up pages now support multiple languages, with a refreshed design.
* Job detail pages work better on mobile.
* Fixed talent pool descriptions not saving, and the interviewer list being hidden in some panels.

Enfue on mobile, and a clearer Inbox

* **Enfue works on your phone:** Home, Inbox, Messenger, applicants, the application form, evaluations, and the job list now adapt to small screens, with mobile navigation and workspace switching. You can read and reply to emails on mobile. See [On Mobile](https://doc.enfue.com/mobile/overview.md).
* The [Inbox](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/inbox.md) now shows email addresses and exact sent and received times, and displays attachments.
* The interviewer's evaluation page now shows the applicant's documents and AI match score. See [Evaluations](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/evaluations.md#completing-an-evaluation-for-interviewers).
* [Home](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/home.md) shows interviews with the job title and the stage at the time of scheduling, plus a report badge.

* Edit an applicant's LinkedIn URL from their overview.
* The application form editor has the full formatting toolbar.
* A cleaner layout for applicant details at the top of emails.
* Fixed the CC list in the Calendar and loading more talent pools when disqualifying.

**Sep 6, 2026**

Faster scheduling and evaluation

* **Streamlined evaluating and scheduling interviews**, which now open in side panels instead of pop-up windows.
* The [Pipeline](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/pipeline.md) uses your own stage names and keeps applicants in a stable order.
* Search applicants by email address and phone number, as well as name.
* [Reports](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/reports.md) now use your company's stage names, and exporting as PDF handles long reports, with a loading indicator.
* Each applicant's emails open on their own page.
* A polished applicant header, with clearer badges, a source tooltip, and panel actions.
* A simpler evaluation list.
* Fixed online-meeting details on in-person interviews, flickering while editing applicant details, and the Inbox.
