**Oct 18, 2026**

Interviewer dashboard, custom field filters, and more

* **Interviewer dashboard:** interviewers now land on their own dashboard instead of Home, with the interviews and evaluations that need them. See [Interviewers](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/users/interviewers.md).
* **Filter by custom fields:** find applicants by their answers to your custom fields, such as level or English proficiency, on the [Applicants](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/overview.md#the-filter-panel) page and in [Talent Pools](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/talent-pools.md). * **More photos on your company profile:** add extra photos when you edit your company profile. See [Career page](https://doc.enfue.com/workplace/career-page.md#about).
* Candidates who need to sign in before applying are taken straight to the job sign-up page. See [Enfue Authentication](https://doc.enfue.com/integrations/connected-tools.md#enfue-authentication).
* Fixed the navigation menu scrolling sideways.

AI interviews, Fil, and applicant improvements

* **New: AI interviews.** Prepare your interview questions, let candidates complete the interview with Enfue's AI, and review the results. See [AI interview questions](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/applications/ai-interview-questions.md).
* **Talent Discovery** now suggests related applicants. See [Talent Discovery](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/jobs/talent-discovery.md).
* Hire with **Fil**: a new guided, AI-led flow for finding and hiring candidates, plus a conversational search when you get started.
* Clearer wording and a smoother experience in Enfue's AI assistants, Fin and Fil.
* The application form now fully supports your [language labels](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/applications/application-form.md#language-labels), and custom fields appear in the order you created them.
* The applicant filter now lets you show **active and inactive** applicants together.
* A clearer toolbar for [bulk actions](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/bulk-actions.md).
* Job details now include a button to open the job's Kanban board, with improved action buttons.
* Better job search results.
* Team members who aren't admins or interviewers are now taken straight to the Enfue jobs site, and sign-in carries over your email address.
* Faster sign-up, with browser autofill on the sign-up form.
* Fixed evaluation visibility for interviews scheduled from the [Calendar](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/calendar.md), and added missing labels on job pages.

Hiring workspace and a new match score

* **New hiring workspace** with an AI talent search flow, and a simpler hiring setup. Hiring now also works for companies outside Enfue.
* **New match score design**, now also shown in the evaluation form. See [AI Review](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/applicants/applicant-profile.md#ai-review).
* [Reports](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/reports.md) can now be filtered by job.
* Company profiles show your company details and jobs you share, with an improved job view.
* Jobs that require sign-in now ask candidates to sign in before applying. See [Enfue Authentication](https://doc.enfue.com/integrations/connected-tools.md#enfue-authentication).
* Applicant sources are now recorded for applications from your company profile and CV submissions. See [Applicant sources](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/applications/applicant-source-management.md).
* Improved search.
* Improved personal workspaces: a better layout, a public view for people who aren't signed in, and Enfue remembers which workspace you chose.
