Custom fields for jobs, Notes comments, and a Messenger upgrade

* **Custom fields for jobs:** add your own fields to jobs and fill them in when you create or edit a job. Export your jobs with their custom fields as a CSV from [Reports](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/reports.md#share-and-export).
* **Comments in Notes:** comment on a passage of a note, even while you're only reading it. Comments stay attached to the right text as the note changes. See [Notes](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/notes.md#comment-on-a-note).
* **Dock a note:** keep a note open beside your work, for example to take notes while you review applicants. See [Notes](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/notes.md#keep-a-note-open-while-you-work).
* **Emoji and attachments in Messenger:** add emoji and send files in your chats with candidates. See [Messenger](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/messenger.md#send-a-message).
* **Add existing applicants to a talent pool** straight from the pool. See [Talent Pools](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/talent-pools.md#add-applicants-to-a-pool).
* **Referral program:** the new referral program is now in Enfue.
* Applicants you add are linked automatically to their Enfue account when one exists with the same email address, so you can chat with them in [Messenger](https://doc.enfue.com/hiring/messenger.md).
* Your company profile hides the **Jobs**, **Internship**, and **Posts** tabs when they're empty. See [Career page](https://doc.enfue.com/workplace/career-page.md).
* On the interviewer dashboard, **View Profile** now only appears for applicants with an evaluation waiting. See [Interviewers](https://doc.enfue.com/settings/users/interviewers.md#what-interviewers-see).
* The applicant list stays fast with thousands of applicants, and applicant details open more quickly.
* Many small improvements to the applicant details, the job board, evaluations, Notes, and the text editor.
* Fixed searching your connections.
