Tap Applicants in the menu at the bottom of the screen to browse applicants as cards.

What each card shows

  • The applicant’s name and current stage.
  • Applied for: the job they applied for.
  • Their match score in a circle, out of 100. See AI Review.
  • How long ago they applied, and their source, such as LinkedIn or Facebook.
Tap a card to open the applicant.

Find applicants

  • Swipe the row of stages at the top, such as Applied and Matching Interview, and tap one to see only the applicants in it.
  • Use Search to find someone by name.
  • Tap the filter button to narrow the list. The number on it shows how many filters are on.

Add an applicant

Tap the + button at the bottom right. See Adding applicants.
