Everything about an applicant lives in their profile: their CV and documents, interviews, evaluations, emails, and your team’s comments. You can open it two ways.

Preview

The preview opens in a panel on the right, so your applicant list stays visible.

Move between applicants

Use Previous and Next at the top of the panel to step through the applicants in your list without closing the preview. This is the fastest way to screen a batch of new applicants. The top bar also shows the Applicant ID (click the copy icon to copy it), the date they Applied, and their Assignee. Click the assignee to change it.

The applicant header

Under the applicant’s name you’ll see:
  • Their stage, for example Applied.
  • Their match score with a label, for example 45% Low Match. See AI Review below.
  • Their evaluation counts: negative and positive.
  • A double arrow you can click to mark the applicant as high priority. It turns red when they are.
  • The job they applied for and their source. Click either one to change it.
  • Tags. Click + to add one.
  • Their email and phone number, each with a copy icon.

Actions

Click View Actions to show the interviews, evaluations, and AI interview sections next to the CV. Click Hide Actions to give the CV the full width again.

Documents

The tabs in the middle show the applicant’s documents:
  • CV
  • Cover letter
  • LinkedIn
  • Video CV
  • Docs: other attached documents.
  • Duplicates: other records that look like the same person.
The CV viewer lets you zoom in and out, fit the page, rotate, move between pages, download the file, open it in a new tab, or view it in full screen.

Full profile

The full profile has everything in the preview, plus a few more sections.

Stage timeline

A timeline across the top shows every stage in your hiring process. Completed stages are ticked with the date the applicant reached them, the current stage is highlighted, and later stages are marked Upcoming.

Profile details

Interviews

Lists every interview with this applicant, with the job and stage, date, time, interviewer, and status (for example Completed). Click Schedule interview to book a new one.

Evaluations

Shows the AI review and every evaluation from your team. Click Request Evaluations to ask an interviewer or hiring manager to evaluate the applicant. See Request evaluations from colleagues.

AI Review

Every applicant gets an AI Review from Enfue, which produces their match score. Click it to expand the details:
  • A radar chart showing the applicant’s shape across five factors at a glance.
  • Factor breakdown: the points they scored on each factor, adding up to the match score out of 100.
  • AI summary: a short written explanation of the applicant’s strengths and gaps for this job.
Read the factor breakdown, not just the total. An applicant can score low overall because of one gap, such as a missing skill, while being strong on everything else. The AI summary tells you what that gap is.
The AI Review helps you decide who to look at first. It doesn’t replace your judgment. Always read the CV before you advance or disqualify someone.

AI Interview

Invite the applicant to an interview run by Enfue’s AI. Every AI interview uses your company-wide question set, which is shown under Company questions (preview). Each question group has a weight that sets how much it counts toward the result, for example: To invite the applicant, click New session, then Send Invite. To change the questions, click Edit questions. Changes apply to every AI interview in your workspace. See AI Interview Questions.

Communication

Every conversation with the applicant, in one place.
  • Email: every email you’ve sent the applicant and every reply, newest first. Click Read more to see a full message.
  • Chat: send the applicant a chat message. Type in Type a message and click the send button.

Comments

Comments are internal notes for your team. Applicants never see them. Type in Add a comment and click Send. Click Reply to answer a comment, or the ⋯ menu to edit or delete your own.
Use comments to record anything your team should know that isn’t part of a formal evaluation, such as a candidate’s notice period or a follow-up from a phone call.
