Invoices - Tutorial

Invoices lists every invoice for your company: plan changes and wallet top-ups.

Column	What it shows
Invoice No.	The invoice number. Quote it if you contact us about a payment.
Description	What it’s for, for example TalentFlow - PlanChange for a plan change, or TalentFlow - TopUp for a wallet top-up.
Due Date	When payment is due.
Start date and End date	The period the invoice covers, where relevant.
Paid on	When it was paid.
Amount	How much it’s for, in US dollars (USD).
Status	Paid or Unpaid.
Action	Pay, for invoices that are still unpaid.

Pay an invoice

Click Pay next to an Unpaid invoice, then complete the payment. See Payment for the payment methods.

An unpaid top-up invoice usually means a top-up was started but not finished. Nothing is added to your wallet until it’s paid.
