Enfue uses ElevenLabs, a voice AI service, to run online AI interviews. It gives the AI interviewer a natural-sounding voice, so candidates can have a spoken conversation instead of filling in a form. There’s nothing to set up: it’s built into Enfue’s AI interviews.

How it’s used

• The AI interviewer speaks your interview questions to the candidate.
• Candidates answer out loud, and the AI can ask follow-up questions based on what they say.
• Enfue’s AI then scores the answers against your criteria, so you can review the results.

Enfue’s other AI features use models from OpenAI and Claude.
