Post your jobs on the job boards you already use, and the applicants land in Enfue automatically. No copying CVs from inbox to inbox.

Supported job boards

Job boards connect to Enfue in one of two ways. Check which one applies to yours before you post.

ITviec and TopCV: connect your account

ITviec and TopCV don’t forward applications by email. Enfue retrieves applicants directly from your account on these job boards, so it needs your account login for each one.
No login, no applicants. Until you enter your ITviec or TopCV account details in Enfue, applicants who apply on those job boards are not brought into Enfue. They stay on the job board, and you won’t see them in your applicant list, pipeline, or reports.
1

Open Applicant Source Management

Go to Settings → Applicant Source Management.
2

Check the Credential column

Find ITviec and TopCV in the list. The Credential column shows:
  • Required: Enfue doesn’t have your login yet, so no applicants are being retrieved.
  • Connected: your account is linked, and new applicants are brought into Enfue automatically.
3

Enter your account details

For each job board marked Required, click the pencil in the Action column and enter the login you use for that job board’s employer account. Then save.
4

Confirm it says Connected

Make sure the Credential column now shows Connected.
See Applicant sources for more on this screen.
If you change your password on ITviec or TopCV, update it in Enfue too. Otherwise the connection stops working and new applicants stop arriving.

All other job boards: use the job email

Every other job board works without logging in. Every job in Enfue has its own email address, for example job+acmetech_xxxx@enfue.com, and the job board sends applications to it.
  1. Open the job and go to its Integrations tab.
  2. Copy the address under Receive applicants from other job boards.
  3. When you post the job on the job board, enter this address as the place where applications should be sent.
Applications sent there are added to the job automatically. See Receive applicants from other job boards.
Each job has its own email address. Use the address of the job you’re posting, so applicants land in the right job.

Add more job boards as sources

To track applicants from other channels, such as Glints or YBOX, add them as sources. See Add a source.
