The Integrations screen in Settings connects Enfue to the tools your team already uses. Each integration here is set up once for your whole workspace. It has four sections: Tools, Career page, Calendars, and Integrations.

Meeting tools

Choose which meeting tools your team uses for interviews. Turn each one on or off with its switch. When you schedule an interview as a video call, Enfue uses the meeting tools you’ve turned on here.

Career page

Career Page Connect

If your company already has its own careers website, link it to Enfue:
  1. Enter its address under Career page URL, for example https://company-name/careers.
  2. Turn on the Career Page Connect switch.
When it’s on, the logo and company name on your Enfue career page link to your own careers website.

Enfue Authentication

Turn on Enfue Authentication to require applicants to sign in to Enfue before they apply. This gives every applicant an Enfue account, so you can chat with them directly in Messenger.
Asking applicants to sign in adds a step to applying. If you’re running a campaign where you want as many applications as possible, consider whether that step is worth it.

Calendars

Connect your Google or Outlook calendar so your meetings appear in the Enfue Calendar next to your interviews.
  • Click Connect next to a calendar and sign in to your account.
  • Click Disconnect to stop syncing it.
Connect the calendar your team really uses. Then the free slots you see when booking an interview are actually free.

Slack

Connect Slack to get all your Enfue notifications in your team’s Slack workspace, such as new applications, new emails, and completed evaluations. Once connected, the Slack channel Enfue posts to is shown under Slack, for example enfue_techsoft_notif. Click Disconnect to stop.

Where to find the job posting integrations

Sharing a job on social media, receiving applicants from LinkedIn and other job boards, and embedding a job form on your website are set up for each job, not here. See Share a job and receive applicants.
