The Integrations tab gives you every way to get a job in front of candidates and bring their applications back into Enfue automatically. Open a job from Hiring → Jobs and click the Integrations tab.
Applicants who come in through any of these channels are added to the job’s Applicants tab automatically, with their source recorded so you can compare channels in the job report.

Under Share on social, click LinkedIn, Facebook, or Threads to post the job on that network.

Receive applicants from LinkedIn Jobs

When you post the job on LinkedIn Jobs, use the link shown under Receive applicants from LinkedIn Jobs as the application link.
  1. Click the copy icon at the end of the link.
  2. Paste it as the application URL in your LinkedIn job post.
Candidates who click Apply on LinkedIn are taken to your Enfue application form, and their applications are tagged with LinkedIn as the source. Click View this Youtube tutorial under the link for a walkthrough.

Receive applicants from other job boards

Each job has its own unique email address, shown under Receive applicants from other job boards.
  1. Click the copy icon to copy the address.
  2. Add it as the contact or application email when you post the job on another job board.
When the job board forwards an application to that address, Enfue adds the applicant to the job automatically. This works with Indeed, Glassdoor, Jobstreet, Seek, TopCV, TopDev, VietnamWorks, CareerViet, ITviec, and Vieclam24h.

Accept applications by email

The same job email appears under Apply to this job by email. Share it with candidates directly, for example in a social media post. Anyone who sends their application to this address is added to the job’s applicants automatically.

Embed the job form on your website

Under Job embedded form, you’ll find a short piece of HTML code that puts the application form for this job on your own website.
  1. Click the copy icon to copy the code.
  2. Paste it into a page on your website using an HTML or embed block.
The code looks like this:
This works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, Hostinger, Duda, Weebly, Joomla, and Drupal.
