Applicants

Notification	When you get it	Where to follow up
New applicant	Someone applies to one of your jobs, for example dungnguyentrung just applied for Software Engineer Intern (ReacJS + .NET) position.	Tasks or Applicants.
New open applicant	Someone applies without choosing a specific job.	Applicants.
Applicants reached	One of your jobs reaches a certain number of applicants.	The job’s Applicants tab.
Proposed applicant	One of Enfue’s talent partners proposes an applicant for one of your jobs.	The job’s TalentSpike tab.
Import completed	An applicant import you started has finished.	The job’s Applicants tab. See Data migration.

Interviews and evaluations

Notification	When you get it	Where to follow up
New evaluation	An interviewer submits an evaluation, for example Han Ho has completed the evaluation for your application.	The applicant’s profile or Evaluations.
Interview RSVP updated	Someone accepts or declines an interview invitation.	Calendar or Interviews.
AI call scheduled	An AI interview call is scheduled.	The applicant’s profile.

Emails

Notification	When you get it	Where to follow up
New email	An applicant emails your team, for example You have received a new email with subject Re: Let’s connect for Software Tester Intern Role.	Inbox.

Jobs and your career page

Notification	When you get it	Where to follow up
Job post created	A job post is created.	Jobs.
Likes and comments	Someone likes or comments on one of your posts.	The Posts tab of your career page.
Replies	Someone replies to one of your comments.	The Posts tab of your career page.

Billing

Notification	When you get it	Where to follow up
Subscription	There’s an update about your subscription.	Subscription.
Payment due	A payment is coming due.	Invoices.

Notifications build up quickly when you’re hiring for several jobs. Mark them all as read at the end of each day, so tomorrow you only see what’s new.
