The Report tab gives you a one-page summary of how a job is performing. Use it to check whether a job is getting enough applicants, where candidates drop out, and which channels bring in the most people. Open a job from Hiring → Jobs and click the Report tab.

Key numbers

Three boxes at the top give you the headline figures:
  • Total applicants: everyone who has applied for the job.
  • This Week: applicants who applied this week.
  • Hired: applicants who have been hired.

Stage Conversion Rate

A bar shows how your applicants are spread across your hiring stages, for example Applied, Matching Interview, Ability Interview, Offering, and Hired, with the number in each stage underneath. A big drop between two stages tells you where candidates are getting stuck or filtered out.

Applicant Over Time

A line chart shows how many applicants came in each week. Use it to see whether interest in the job is growing or fading, and how it reacts when you share the job on a new channel.

Source Breakdown

A donut chart shows where your applicants came from, such as your Career Page, Facebook, LinkedIn, IT Viec, Referral, Approaching (candidates your team reached out to), and Others. The total in the middle is the number of applicants.
If one source brings in most of your applicants, focus your posting effort there. You can find all the ways to share a job in Integrations.

Disqualified Reason Breakdown

A second donut chart shows why applicants were disqualified, for example Did Not Pass Screening, Did Not Pass Interview, Compensation disagreed, English Proficiency, or Duplicated Applicant. The total in the middle is the number of disqualified applicants. The reasons come from your workspace settings. See Disqualified Reasons.
