The Jobs page is where you create roles, see how each one is performing, and work through its applicants. Open it from Hiring → Jobs in the main menu. The page has two parts:
  • The job list on the left, with every job in your workspace.
  • The job workspace on the right, showing the job you selected in the list.
Use the arrow button between the two panels to collapse the job list and give the job workspace the full width of the screen.

The job list

At the top of the list you’ll find:

Reading a job card

Each job in the list appears as a card showing:
  • Job title
  • Employment type, such as FullTime or PartTime
  • Location, such as Da Nang
  • When the job was created, for example “4 days ago”
  • Visibility badge:
    • Public (green): the job is published on your career page and candidates can apply.
    • Internal (orange): the job is for internal use only and does not appear on your career page.
  • Three counters in the bottom-right corner:
    • People icon: the number of applicants.
    • Eye icon: the number of times the job has been viewed.
    • Person icon: the number of people hired.
