The Hired page lists every applicant you’ve hired and shows how your hiring is performing: how many people you’ve hired, how long it took, and which channels and recruiters brought them in. Applicants appear here when they reach the Hired stage in your pipeline. Open Hired from the main menu. The badge next to the title, for example 12 Hired, shows how many people you hired in the selected period.

Choose a period

Everything on the page covers the dates at the top right, for example Jul 12, 2026 → Oct 9, 2026. Click the dates to pick a different start and end, or click Last 90 Days to go back to the most recent three months.

Key numbers

Three cards at the top summarize the period. Each one has a small trend line and compares the period with the one before it.

The hired list

Narrow the list with Search, Jobs, Assignees, and Filters. Click Clear all to remove every filter. The count on the right, for example 10/12 applicants, shows how many hires match your filters out of the total.
Keep an eye on Boarding state as each new hire moves through onboarding, and correct it when it doesn’t match what’s really happening. Then filter the list to see who still needs attention before their start date.

Hiring by Source

The chart on the right shows which channels your hires came from, with each channel’s share, for example LinkedIn 58.33%, Approaching 25%, and Event 8.33%. NotAssign counts hires with no source recorded. Use it to see where to spend your recruiting time and budget. If most of your hires come from one channel, it’s worth investing more there.
The chart is only as good as the sources recorded on each applicant. If an applicant’s source is missing or wrong, click it in the applicant header to change it, so fewer hires end up as NotAssign.

Top Recruiters

Top Recruiters ranks the team members who made the most hires this quarter, with their number of hires.

Export a report

Click Export Report to download a report of your hires for the selected period, as a PDF or an Excel file. Use PDF to share with management, and Excel when you want to work with the numbers yourself.
