Every hiring process in Enfue starts with a job. The job holds the description candidates see, the skills you are looking for, and the people on your team who work on it.

Open the job form

Go to Hiring → Jobs and click Create job at the top of the job list.
2

Choose who can see the job

At the top of the Job details panel, pick one option:

You can change this later.

The default template gives you two sections to fill in: Key job responsibilities and Required qualifications.
5

  • Supporter: other people who help with the job.

7

Add the required skills

Under Required skill, add the skills candidates need, such as Manual Testing, Playwright, or English. You can add up to 20 skills.
Required skills are used by Enfue’s AI when it scores applicants, so the more accurately you list them, the more useful the match score will be.
