The Applicants tab is the first tab you see when you open a job. It lists every applicant for that job and lets you move them through your hiring process.
Stage overview
A row of stage boxes runs across the top, for example Applied, Matching Interview, Ability Interview, Offering, and Hired. Each box shows how many applicants are currently in that stage. Click a stage box to show only the applicants in it.
The stages come from your workspace settings. To rename, add, or reorder them, see Applicant Stages.
Find applicants
The count on the right, for example 2/2 applicants, shows how many applicants match your filters out of the total.
The applicant table
Click a column header to sort by it. Use the ⋮ menu at the end of the header row to change which columns are shown.
Match score
The match score comes from the applicant’s AI Review, which compares their resume with the job description and required skills on five factors: Skills Match, Relevant Experience, Role Fit, Qualifications, and Practical Fit. It gives you a quick way to decide who to review first, but it is a guide, not a decision. Always review the applicant’s profile before moving them on or disqualifying them.
Switch to the kanban board
Click View kanban next to the Applicants heading to see applicants as cards in columns, one column per stage. This is useful when you want to see the whole pipeline at a glance. See Pipeline.
Add applicants manually
Click Add applicants to add someone yourself, for example a candidate who sent their CV directly to you. To add many applicants at once, use Data Migration.
Click the expand icon next to Add applicants to show the applicant list in full screen.
