TalentSpike brings you qualified candidates you haven’t met yet. The Enfue team provides a shortlist of candidates who fit your job. You can review them, and when you find someone you like, acquire them to add them to your own applicants. Use TalentSpike when your own channels aren’t bringing in enough strong applicants, or when you need to fill a role quickly.

Review TalentSpike candidates

  1. Open the job from Hiring → Jobs.
  2. Click the TalentSpike tab.
  3. Review the candidates Enfue has provided for this job.

Acquire a candidate

When you acquire a candidate, they become one of your applicants for this job. They then appear in the job’s Applicants tab and on your Pipeline, where you can work with them like any other applicant.
TalentSpike candidates come from Enfue. Candidates you already have are found with Talent Discovery, which searches your own talent pools.
